We’re going to look at it in terms of the side effects and see if there’s an alternative to Valtrex that’s better tolerated.”
She said that the side effects that are most common among patients taking Valtrex are gastrointestinal and headache, which are also the most likely. “Most patients who take Valtrex don’t have any adverse effects,” Dr.
